Provide planning questionnaire and preferred vendor list to make your planning manageable and low-stress for you
Customized wedding day checklist
Review vendor contracts
60 days before your wedding we will dive into your wedding planning to ensure everything is ready for the big day
Construct and maintain a detailed wedding day timeline and distribute it to your vendors to ensure the day goes smoothly and as scheduled
One site visit at your wedding venue to discuss logistics, layout, and details
Final meeting call to review final details and answer your last-minute questions, to ensure no detail is missed
Confirmation calls with your vendors and sending them the final timeline
Lead ceremony rehearsal, so you don't have to worry
Wedding Day
On site up to 10 hours, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day
Keep the day on schedule and flowing
Point of contact for all vendor and guest questions
Set up and styling of personal items provided by you (programs, favors, name cards, table numbers, guestbook, menus, toasting flutes, photos, etc.)
Apply final touches to the decor
Assisting with the setup of ceremony and reception
Assist guests and wedding party
Direct ceremony processional
Retain marriage license for the officiant
During the reception cue the speeches, cake cutting, first dance, and other special moments
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
At the end of the night collect gifts, guestbook, and personal items, and give them to a designated person
Bring a wedding day emergency bag to handle, repair, and fix unforeseen issues.
